Bruce
“Never be afraid to help someone out”
Bruce is a dairy farmer in Franz Josef, New Zealand. In the busiest parts of the year, he can work over 100 hours per week. To unwind after a long season, Bruce and his friends “lay down a hangi”, a traditional Maori method of cooking food using heated rocks, buried in the ground.
He shares with us a lesson passed on from his father.
Exelente!!!
This looks DELICIOUS. Only had a few hangis when I was in NZ – SO AWESOME.
Thanks Kristina! It was delicious… and went well with a beer!
