“It takes courage to be who you are”

Marjan lost her hair when she was a little girl, but never struggled with being different from other children. When she turned 18 something happened that made her conscious of people’s discomfort with her appearance.

We met Marjan as she was entering a new chapter in her life, one where she hopes to carry her difference with pride and invites others to do the same.
